My dad's mom made this all the time as a kid I just ate what was in front of me but as a adult this is the best thing for me to eat due to hyperglycemia and have to keep to a low carb diet this is cheap to make also

Ingredients
- 1 can red beans drained and washes
- 1 - stalk of celery sliced
- 2 - hard cooked eggs pealed and chopped
- mayo - about a fourth of a cup

Step 1this can be multiplied as much as you want this is more by eye then exact measurements.

Step 2Mix all ingredients in a bowl I leave the eggs chunky I make this either in large batches or one serving for a meal mix everything together cover and keep in the fridge it has a long shelf life but it never last that long
