1/2 cwhite vinegar
1/3 cvegetable oil
1 tspground black pepper
1/2 cfinely shredded carrots
6 cfinely shredded green cabbage
How to Make Gramp's Coleslaw
- Whisk, in a large bowl vinegar, oil, water, salt, sugar, and pepper until blended. Add carrots and cabbage and thoroughly toss until well-blended.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow cabbage to slightly wilt and flavors to mingle. Mix prior to serving.
