I try to feed my Uncle as much veggies as I can. I have to come up with new & yummy ways to make all of them. This is 1 of many ways that not only he likes but everyone else in my family does.

Ingredients
- 10 - carrots, peeled & quartered lengthwise
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegarette dressing
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
How To Make glaze my glazed carrots

Step 1Frist in a large saucepan cook the carrots in boilling water on medium heat for about 4 to 6 mins or until crisp & tender. Then heat the dressing, sugar & butter in a small saucepan on low 3 to 5 mins or until thickened. Make sure to stir occasionallly.

Step 2Next drain the carrots, return to the pan & add in the sauce. Cook for about 2 to 3 mins or utnil the carrots are heated & evenly coated with the sauce.

Step 3Place in a small dish or serving platter & sprinkle with the parsley.
