Takes everyday green beans and gives them a kick!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    chopped ginger root
  • 3 clove
    garlic, diced
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh green beans
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    cooking sherry

How To Make

  • 1
    heat the cooking oil over a medium heat, add the ginger and garlic, cook for 35 seconds,then add the green beans, and fry one minute.
  • 2
    Add remaining ingredients, and cook until the beans are tender.

    plate, and watch them disappear!
