chopped ginger root
3 clove
garlic, diced
1/2 lb
fresh green beans
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
brown sugar
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sesame oil
1 Tbsp
cooking sherry

How to Make Gingered Green Beans

Step-by-Step

  • 1heat the cooking oil over a medium heat, add the ginger and garlic, cook for 35 seconds,then add the green beans, and fry one minute.
  • 2Add remaining ingredients, and cook until the beans are tender.
  • 3plate, and watch them disappear!
