Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh kale leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make garlicky kale crisps

  • Step 1
    remove the leaves from the stems on the kale, hand tear into bite size pieces.
  • Step 2
    in a bowl toss with the olive oil, spread out individually on a cookie sheet...don't over crowd, you may need to do in batches.
  • Step 3
    bake at 350 for about 10 mins ( depending on your oven) be aware these can burn quickly, so keep an eye.
  • Step 4
    as soon as they come out sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and toss in a bowl....Enjoy....great snack
