  • 1 bunch
    fresh kale leaves
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Garlicky Kale Crisps

Step-by-Step

  1. remove the leaves from the stems on the kale, hand tear into bite size pieces.
  2. in a bowl toss with the olive oil, spread out individually on a cookie sheet...don't over crowd, you may need to do in batches.
  3. bake at 350 for about 10 mins ( depending on your oven) be aware these can burn quickly, so keep an eye.
  4. as soon as they come out sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and toss in a bowl....Enjoy....great snack
