I never liked spinach (or any other greens) when I was growing up. I cannot understand why because I love it now. I can't remember when I started adding garlic to mine but I've been doing it for many years. Lol, it seems like I can't cook without garlic and onions....

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 8 cups uncut, baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make garlic spinach

Step 1Heat oil in medium pot, when hot, add spinach and chopped garlic. Cook until wilted but not mushy, about 7 to 10 minutes.

Step 2Add butter and gently stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
