I never liked spinach (or any other greens) when I was growing up. I cannot understand why because I love it now. I can't remember when I started adding garlic to mine but I've been doing it for many years. Lol, it seems like I can't cook without garlic and onions....
Ingredients For garlic spinach
2 Tbspcanola oil
8 cuncut, baby spinach
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 tspground black pepper
How To Make garlic spinach
1Heat oil in medium pot, when hot, add spinach and chopped garlic. Cook until wilted but not mushy, about 7 to 10 minutes.
2Add butter and gently stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
