Ingredients
- 2 pounds brussel sprouts, cut in half
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make garlic roasted brussel sprouts

Step 1put brussel sprouts in a 9x13 inch pan. drizzle with olive oil and stir to coat all the brussel sprouts.

Step 2add garlic, salt and pepper and stir again. pour water over veggies.

Step 3bake at 350 for 15 minutes, stir and check them. cook for another 5-10 minutes or until fork tender.
