I saw is recipe on facebook and tried it,it was great.I added a few ingredents to spice it up some.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fine chopped squash
- 1 cup fine chopped onion
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 - egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons corn starch ( i add this to make it stay crispy longer)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (i added this to make it lighter)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon tony's cajun seasoning ( i add this for spice)
- - oil about 1/2 inch in bottom of skillet
How To Make fried squash paddies

Step 1DO NOT MIX UP AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL GET TO SOUPY, AND NO THERE IS NO MORE LIQUIDS TO ADD.

Step 2Chop the squash and onions.

Step 3add rest of ingredients except oil, mix until well mixed.

Step 4drop into hot oil by the teaspoon full about 3 min on each side. drain on paper towel.
