A friend of mine invited us for a country diner. Most everything she had fixed came from their garden. She served this dish and we fail in love with it. I would like to share it with all of you'~

2 can(s)
drained hominey-yellow
8 slice
crispy bacon strips
1 bunch
cut up green onions
grease from the bacon

1What you will need}
skillet, tongs, bowl,paper towel on plate or platter, paring knife.
2Start with frying at least 8 slices of bacon. You will want it crisp, but not burned. Reserve the grease from the bacon. Take the bacon out and lay on paper towel to let cool.
3Leave the bacon grease in the skillet to fry the cut up green onion, after you have used the knife to cut small pieces with. Onions need to be tender, but not browned.
4Last, Crumble the bacon into the skillet. Mix altogether and heat for a few more minutes. Serve and enjoy~
