all purpose flour
eggs, lightly beaten
japanese bread crumbs
green tomatoes, thinly sliced
oil for frying
salt and pepper
How To Make
in three separate shallow bowls,place the flour,eggs, and bread crumbs. dip the tomatoes in each one ,one at a time.
in a deep-fat fryer, Heat the oil to 375f, fry tomatoes, a few at a time, 2-3 min or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. sprinkle with salt and pepper. serve immediately
