this is another version of my fried green tomatoes cant you taste the summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 c
    japanese bread crumbs
  • 6 medium
    green tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ·
    oil for frying
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Fried Green Tomatoes 2

Step-by-Step

  1. in three separate shallow bowls,place the flour,eggs, and bread crumbs. dip the tomatoes in each one ,one at a time.
  2. in a deep-fat fryer, Heat the oil to 375f, fry tomatoes, a few at a time, 2-3 min or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. sprinkle with salt and pepper. serve immediately
