Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups japanese bread crumbs
- 6 medium green tomatoes, thinly sliced
- - oil for frying
- - salt and pepper
How To Make fried green tomatoes 2

Step 1in three separate shallow bowls,place the flour,eggs, and bread crumbs. dip the tomatoes in each one ,one at a time.

Step 2in a deep-fat fryer, Heat the oil to 375f, fry tomatoes, a few at a time, 2-3 min or until golden brown, drain on paper towels. sprinkle with salt and pepper. serve immediately
