Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 bag yellow corn 16 oz bag
- 3 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch salt
How To Make fried cream corn

Step 1In large skillet over medium heat melt 4 tablespoon of butter.

Step 2When butter is foamy add the corn stirring to coat with the butter.

Step 3Cook stirring frequently for 1 minute.

Step 4Add sugar or honey and cook for 2 minutes more.

Step 5Increase heat to high and add heavy cream. Continue to stir so corn won't stick to pan.

Step 6Add salt and pepper. Cook corn until most all of the cream has absorbed about 5 minutes more.

Step 7Remove from heat and serve.
