Ingredients

  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/2-(8oz) - velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 can (103/4oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 cups mixed vegetables, frozen, thawed and drained

How To Make fresh vegetable medley

  • Step 1
    Cook and stir onions in butter in a large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender. Add cheese and soup;cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining veggies; cook 10 mins. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
