  • 1 c
    chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seed
  • ·
    dash of pepper

How to Make FRESH TOMATO RELISH

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine tomato and green pepper. Stir together vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper. Stir into tomato mixture; chill. Drain well before serving. Makes 2 cups.
