    fresh corn on cob
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1
    grated garlic clove
  • ·
    manchego cheese, grated
  • ·
    smoked paprika
  • NOTE: DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CORN YOU MAKE, YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE SEASONINGS AND CHEESE YOU USE, AS WHAT IS LISTED DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ENOUGH FOR 4-6 EARS OF CORN.

How to Make Fresh Spanish Corn

Step-by-Step

  1. Brush husked corn with oil; grill over high heat, turning until lightly charred...8-10 minutes.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and garlic clove together. Brush on grilled ears of corn, then sprinkle with grated cheese and smoked paprika.
