Ingredients

  • 4-6 - fresh corn on cob
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 - grated garlic clove
  • - manchego cheese, grated
  • - smoked paprika
  • NOTE: DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CORN YOU MAKE, YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE SEASONINGS AND CHEESE YOU USE, AS WHAT IS LISTED DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ENOUGH FOR 4-6 EARS OF CORN.

How To Make fresh spanish corn

  • Step 1
    Brush husked corn with oil; grill over high heat, turning until lightly charred...8-10 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix mayonnaise and garlic clove together. Brush on grilled ears of corn, then sprinkle with grated cheese and smoked paprika. Enjoy!
