- 4-6 - fresh corn on cob
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 - grated garlic clove
- - manchego cheese, grated
- - smoked paprika
- NOTE: DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CORN YOU MAKE, YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE SEASONINGS AND CHEESE YOU USE, AS WHAT IS LISTED DOESN'T LOOK LIKE ENOUGH FOR 4-6 EARS OF CORN.
How To Make fresh spanish corn

Step 1Brush husked corn with oil; grill over high heat, turning until lightly charred...8-10 minutes.

Step 2Mix mayonnaise and garlic clove together. Brush on grilled ears of corn, then sprinkle with grated cheese and smoked paprika. Enjoy!
