Ingredients
- 1 - large onion chopped
- 1 - red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 6 - ears of corn, shucked
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
How To Make fresh corn and peppers with white wine

Step 1In a skillet cook the onion and all of the choppedpeppers in the butter over low heat, stirring for 3 minutes or until softened.

Step 2While the pepper mixture is cooking, cut the corn kernals off the cobs with a sharp knife. Add the corn to the skillet and cook the misture stirring for about 2 minutes.

Step 3Add the wine and salt and pepper to taste and simmer the misture covered for about 5 minutes.
