Ingredients

  • 1 bunch
    broccoli, fresh
  • 3/4 c
    rasins
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 5
    strips cooked bacon,crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    chopped red onion
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise

How to Make Fresh Broccoli Florets Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut broccoli florets from stems,cutting into bite size pieces
  2. wash well,drain and set aside
  3. Combine mayo,sugar and apple cider vinegar,Mix well
  4. Chop,in small dice, 1/2 cup red onion
  5. In a large mixing bowl,place broccoli florets,3/4 cup raisins,Bacon crumbles and 1/2 cup small dice red onion
  6. Add Mayo mixture and toss well
  7. Chill for about 30 mins.
  8. Place in your serving bowel or plate
  9. Option- may grate 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top
