How to Make FRENCH-FRIED CAULIFLOWER
- Wash and break cauliflower into small florets. Sprinkle with salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and biscuit mix and stir well. Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden, 8-10 minutes, turning often. Drain on paper towels and serve. Makes about 4 servings.
