  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix

How To Make french-fried cauliflower

  • Step 1
    Wash and break cauliflower into small florets. Sprinkle with salt. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, and biscuit mix and stir well. Dip florets into batter and deep fry until golden, 8-10 minutes, turning often. Drain on paper towels and serve. Makes about 4 servings.
