Ingredients
- 2 8 ounces packages of frozen chopped spinach thawed
- 1/2 - stick of butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make florentine augratin

Step 1Do not drain spinach!

Step 2In a sauce pan melt butter and cream cheese, add spinach and blend well. Make sure cream cheese is well mixed.

Step 3add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in bread crumbs mix well, It should be soggy.

Step 4Pour into greased casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese and bake 350 until lightly browned and thoroughly hot. 20-25 minutes
