Ingredients

2 8 oz
packages of frozen chopped spinach thawed
1/2
stick of butter
8 oz
cream cheese room temp
salt and pepper to taste
1 c
fresh bread crumbs
parmesan cheese

How to Make Florentine AuGratin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Do not drain spinach!
  • 2In a sauce pan melt butter and cream cheese, add spinach and blend well. Make sure cream cheese is well mixed.
  • 3add salt and pepper to taste, then stir in bread crumbs mix well, It should be soggy.
  • 4Pour into greased casserole dish and top with parmesan cheese and bake 350 until lightly browned and thoroughly hot. 20-25 minutes
