Nice dip for the the summer pinic.I also like to eat them with pita chips..

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    15 1/2 oz can corn with peppers and onions, drained
  • 1 can(s)
    15 1/2 oz can corn
  • 1/2
    of a (4 oz) can diced mild green chilies (about a 1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 c
    chedder or swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 6
    green onions
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 small
    jalapeno peppers seeds and chopped

How to Make Fiesta Corn Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a med bowl combine all ingredients. Cove and chill 2 hours to 24 hours.Serve with corn or flour tortilla, if desire.
