Ingredients
- 4 ounces uncooked fettuccine
- 1/2 cup cauliflower, small florets
- 1/2 cup fresh snow peas
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup julienned carrots
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup julienned zucchini
- 1/4 cup julienned sweet red pepper
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup grated romano cheese
How To Make fettuccine primavera

Step 1Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Mean while, in skillet or wok, stir- fry cauliflower, peas, broccoli and carrot in oil for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add zucchini , red pepper and garlic; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in broth.

Step 3Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 4Drain fettuccine; toss with vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
