This keeps very well so you can keep adding veg. as you eat them. Also feel free to try any different or favorite veg. of your choosing. I eliminate tomatoes because I don't like them soggy. I have fixed this for years and it is especially good in the summer when you have access to fresh veg. Enjoy

- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup veg. oil
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- - onion slices
- - cucumber slices
- - green, red or yellow pepper sliced or cut into squares
- - tomato wedges
How To Make farmers salad

Step 1Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.

Step 2Cool down to hotter than lukewarm

Step 3Pour over veg. of your choice.
