There is nothing like fresh veggies in the summer so last night when I made Mexican for the family I figured I'd give mexicorn a try. It turned out so goo and fresh not at all like the caned stuff.

2 cfresh corn off the cob rinsed and drained

1/4 cdiced onion

1/2 cgreen onion diced

1/2 cred pepper diced

1 tspadobo powder

salt and pepper to taste

1Place all ingredients in microwave steaming bag and nuke 6-8 minutes.
