Ingredients
- 2 - acorn squash, preferably organic cut in 1/2 lengthwise
- 1 cup pure, real maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make fall harvest acorn squash

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray lightly, a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place squash, cut-side up in baking dish.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine syrup, butter and cinnamon. Coat the cut side of squash evenly w/ syrup mix using a basting brush.

Step 3Bake 1 hr, bastin w/ syrup mix occasionally. It's done when it is fork tender. Great served w/ a roasted chicken w/ lots of herbs.
