Ingredients

  • 12 medium
    parsnips, peeled, cooked and drained
  • 1 c
    undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How to Make EXTRA SPECIAL PARSNIPS

Step-by-Step

  1. Split parsnips lengthwise; place in baking dish, combine next 4 ingredients and 1/2 t. salt; pour over. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes basting occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
