everyday easy broccoli bake
Ripped from a magazine, circa 1990. It appears to have come from the Campbell's Soup Company. This is an unusual broccoli bake because it calls for no cheese. Though I love cheese, I know some people don't. This recipe is for them--and anyone else who loves broccoli!

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- - dash pepper
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up, or 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) french fried onions
How To Make everyday easy broccoli bake

Step 1In a 1 1/2 qt. shallow casserole combine soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper. Stir in broccoli and 1/2 can of the onions.

Step 2Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot; stir. Top with remaining onions; bake 5 minutes more.

Step 3Microwave method: Cover casserole with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes, rotating dish halfway through heating. Top with remaining onions. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute more.
