I learned this recipe on a cruise down the Nile! I like this better than cooking the beans with bacon or ham hocks. This is a healthier dish and the taste is amazing!

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 large white onion, diced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes, large
  • 1 package frozen green beans, large bag
