Eggs Baked in Fresh Tomatoes

Nancy J. Patrykus

This is from my friend in Tuscon Ariz in 1975. We picked fresh tomatoes from her garden. Then enjoyed this for brunch. Naturally fresh store bought tomatoes will be just as good..if they are ripe.
