This coleslaw is one that my family really like a it's a change from kfc's slaw.

Ingredients
- 1 - 16 ounces package coleslaw mix
- 1 cup mexican style corn drained
- 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
- 2 - fresh jalapeno peppers peeled seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup ranch style salsd dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium lime, juiced
How To Make eddie's texas style slaw

Step 1In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, corn cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and cilantro.

Step 2In a separate bowl, stir together the ranch style dressing, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and lime juice.

Step 3Pour the 2nd mixture over the 1st mixture and toss to coat.

Step 4Serve right away, or refrigerate until serving time. It's best to make this at the very last
