This coleslaw is one that my family really like a it's a change from kfc's slaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 ounces package coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup mexican style corn drained
  • 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
  • 2 - fresh jalapeno peppers peeled seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup ranch style salsd dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 medium lime, juiced

How To Make eddie's texas style slaw

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, toss together the coleslaw mix, corn cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  • Step 2
    In a separate bowl, stir together the ranch style dressing, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  • Step 3
    Pour the 2nd mixture over the 1st mixture and toss to coat.
  • Step 4
    Serve right away, or refrigerate until serving time. It's best to make this at the very last
