easy spicy balsamic green beans
I am not that crazy about onions so I use only about half. I also like my veggies crunchy so I don't cook it too long. When I'm feeling particularly lazy, I use already cooked bacon.

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 4 - 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
How To Make easy spicy balsamic green beans

Step 1Saute bacon and onion until bacon is thoroughly cooked and onion is caramelized.

Step 2While the bacon and onions are cooking, wash, dry, and break beans into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces.

Step 3Drain.

Step 4Add green beans and vinegar and heat. You may want them crunchy, or you may cook them longer to make them more tender.
