These dilled carrots are a snap to make, and really are good! They are great mixed in a salad or relish, added to an antipasto plate, added to coleslaw, as a starter course... just use your imagination! Just two ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium medium carrots, cut into 2-inch long strips
  • 1 and 1/2 cups dill pickle juice (drained from pickle jar)

How To Make easy peasy dilled carrots - tasty!

  • Step 1
    Cut carrots into small slices, or into 2-inch 'sticks'. Simmer carrots in pickle juice until crisp - about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
