Ingredients
- 3 pounds corn, frozen
- 1 stick butter, unsalted (more or less)
- 1/8 cup olive oil, extra virgin (more or less)
- 1 jar capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium red pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- - sea salt & pepper to taste
How To Make easy pan fried tasty corn

Step 1in a large heated skillet or pot, melt butter and add olive oil. saute the peppers for 2 minutes. add the corn to the skillet. fry for 5 minutes...ensure all kernels are well coated. add the remaining ingredients. stir and cover. simmer for 12-15 minutes. corn is ready!
