Ingredients
- 1 can cream of corn
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3-1/2 cup flour (depending on brand of corn)
- - butter, salt, and pepper
How To Make easy corn fritters (lammas)

Step 1mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.

Step 2Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.

Step 3I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper. Eric uses pancake syrup and no salt and pepper.
