These easy corn fritters I started making when I was 9. The recipe never changed. It is about the only recipe I never tweeked.

  • 1 can(s)
    cream of corn
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/3-1/2 c
    flour (depending on brand of corn)
  • ·
    butter, salt, and pepper

How to Make Easy Corn fritters (Lammas)

Step-by-Step

  1. mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.
  2. Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.
  3. I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper.

    Eric uses pancake syrup and no salt and pepper.
