How to Make Easy Corn fritters (Lammas)
- mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.
- Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.
- I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper.
