These easy corn fritters I started making when I was 9. The recipe never changed. It is about the only recipe I never tweeked.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of corn
2
eggs
1/3-1/2 c
flour (depending on brand of corn)
butter, salt, and pepper

How to Make Easy Corn fritters (Lammas)

Step-by-Step

  • 1mix corn and eggs with flour until you get a pancake type dough.
  • 2Drop by spoonfulls into a well oiled pan. cook until brown on both sides. (I like mine a little crispy on the edges.
  • 3I serve mine with butter, salt, and pepper.

    Eric uses pancake syrup and no salt and pepper.
