easy cheesy creamed spinach

A good way to get everybody to eat their spinach! If you keep grated parmesan and bagged, shredded mozzarella on hand, you are ready to eat in no time. Add your seasonings to taste. Try some onion or garlic powder - whatever you like. Make it cheesy creamed spinach your way!

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces spinach, if fresh, chopped; if frozen, chopped; thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups chive and onion cream cheese, spreadable kind
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup butter, cut in cubes
  • - salt and pepper, to taste

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cook and stir over low-medium heat until blended and heated through.
