sprig1 artichoke per person
smmelted butter with a squeeze of lemon
smsprinkle of salt
How To Make easy artichokes
1Trim bottoms of artichokes so that they stand up right , wash each one and place in a covered baking dish. I usually am the only one eating them so I use a small one. After washing leave water in the artichoke from washing. Sprinkle with salt if you like. Cover the casserole dish and microwave for 7 minutes. I haven't done multiples this works great for 1. The leaves come away easily and the heart is soft and tender. mmmmmm!
2A little melted butter with a squeeze of lemon to dip the leaves and heart and a special lunch or prep for recipes is done in a fraction of the time!
