Ingredients
- 4 cans green beans (i use kroger brand veri green)
- 2 cups granulated sugar (can also use a sugar substitute)
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon heaping - dill weed
- 1 tablespoon heaping - dried minced onion
How To Make dilled bean salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients except the beans. (Mix the dill weed and dried onion with the sugar before adding the vinegar and oil - mixes better)

Step 2Heat to a boil and boil gently for 2-3 minutes. Then let COOL.

Step 3Drain beans and put in a bowl or tupperware, etc. Pour cooled mixture over the beans. Mix gently.

Step 4cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
