How to Make DIAMOND HEAD ASPARAGUS
- Snip off woody base of asparagus. Slice diagonally into bite size pieces. Melt butter in skillet . Add water, seasoned salt and soy sauce. When mixture boils, add asparagus; toss lightly. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Makes 6-8 servings.
