This recipe is diabetic safe. It is a tasty dish. Actually we just had this today for supper. I don't know where I got the recipe from. It was just written on a piece of paper among my other recipes. Hope you enjoy it as much as my wife and I do.

shredded red cabbage
2 c
unpared apples (unpeeled)
1/4 c
splenda brown sugar (packed)
1/4 c
white vinegar
1/4 c
water
salt and pepper (to taste)
caraway seed (optional)

How to Make Diabetic German Red Cabbage

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add all the ingredients to a large fry pan. Cover and cook for 15-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and soft. Serve and enjoy.
