diabetic german red cabbage
This recipe is diabetic safe. It is a tasty dish. Actually we just had this today for supper. I don't know where I got the recipe from. It was just written on a piece of paper among my other recipes. Hope you enjoy it as much as my wife and I do.

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded red cabbage
- 2 cups unpared apples (unpeeled)
- 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar (packed)
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- - salt and pepper (to taste)
- - caraway seed (optional)
How To Make diabetic german red cabbage

Step 1Add all the ingredients to a large fry pan. Cover and cook for 15-25 minutes until the cabbage is tender and soft. Serve and enjoy.
