Ingredients

  • 2 c
    cooked brussels sprouts
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • dash cayenne pepper

How To Make

  • 1
    Cook brussels s[routs until just tender crisp. Meanwhile melt butter and cook onion until soft, but not brown. Blend in remaining ingredients except bacon. Drain sprouts and turn into hot vegetable dish. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Makes 5-6 servings.
