This a great summer *salad can be made fresh from your very own garden, it is quick and easy to make, very tasty with choices that suit your own personal taste. *Great low cal salad.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (regular, low-fat, fat free large or small curd ... your choice)
- 1 - thin cucumber or 2 cucumber pickles peeled , halved and cut thin
- 1 - 2 - green onions chopped partially up stem
- 1 - 2 - pinches dill (optional)
- - salt/pepper to taste
- - garnish: w/ cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, fresh green pepper strips, raddishes or whatever suits your fancy
