This a great summer *salad can be made fresh from your very own garden, it is quick and easy to make, very tasty with choices that suit your own personal taste. *Great low cal salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese (regular, low-fat, fat free large or small curd ... your choice)
  • 1 - thin cucumber or 2 cucumber pickles peeled , halved and cut thin
  • 1 - 2 - green onions chopped partially up stem
  • 1 - 2 - pinches dill (optional)
  • - salt/pepper to taste
  • - garnish: w/ cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, fresh green pepper strips, raddishes or whatever suits your fancy

How To Make delicious cottage cheese summer salad

  • Step 1
    In serving bowl add all ingredients starting with the cottage cheese first , mix/toss well .. top with garnishes of your choice. Enjoy !
