1 1/2 ccottage cheese (regular, low-fat, fat free large or small curd ... your choice)
1thin cucumber or 2 cucumber pickles peeled , halved and cut thin
1 - 2green onions chopped partially up stem
1 - 2pinches dill (optional)
·salt/pepper to taste
·garnish: w/ cherry tomatoes, cherry peppers, fresh green pepper strips, raddishes or whatever suits your fancy
