dad's bbq slaw
This is my wife's Dad's old recipe. We hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage head
- 1 can 14.5 oz delmonte petite can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 2-3 small green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed, crushed
How To Make dad's bbq slaw

Step 1Shred cabbage using a food processor with the slicing blade. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.

Step 2Using the food processor with the blade in the bottom of the food processor bowl, grate red onion and green peppers suing a couple of pulses. Do not grind red onion and green pepper too fine. It's better a little chunky.

Step 3Add grated red onion, green peppers, petite tomatoes with juice and the remaining ingredients to the cabbage. Mix with your hands.

Step 4Transfer to an air tight container and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
