Ingredients

  • 2- 3 small
    cucumbers
  • 2- 3 medium
    tomatoes
  • pinch
    salt
  • 3/4 c
    white vinegar
  • 2- 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • pinch
    black pepper
  • 1 large
    sweet onion, chopped

How to Make CUCUMBER & TOMATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up cucumbers and tomatoes in slices or chunks. Mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  2. NOTE: You can use whatever cuke and 'mater sizes you prefer. This is a perfect side with salmon or tuna cakes. It even makes a yummy sandwich topper or open face sandwich with a dallop of this atop.

    ENJOY!
