This is the most unusual dish, and I can't take credit for it. It comes from the Taste of Home mag by Michelle Garretson. I have made ot a few times, and it really is quite good

Ingredients
- 10 sticks celery, thinly sliced
- 21 1/2 ounces (2-10.75 oz) cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 8 ounces sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2.8 ounces can french fried onions
How To Make crunchy celery casserole

Step 1In a bowl combine the celery, soup and water chestnuts.

Step 2Pour into a greased microwave safe dish.

Step 3Cover and microwave on high for 27 minutes, or until celery is tender, stirring every 5 minutes.

Step 4Sprinkle with onions.

Step 5This is also good when some cream cheese, soy sauce and some bacon is added in.
