    asparagus
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2
    eggs lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crispy Baked Asparagus Fries

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Combine panko, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl
  3. Dredge the asparagus in the flour, dip into egg and then into the panko, parmesan mixture
  4. Place the asparagus in a single layer on a wire rack on a baking sheet and bake in preheated 425 F oven until golden brown, about 7-13 minutes
