Ingredients For creole salad

    small zuchinni, sliced thin
  • 4 md
    fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 lg
    green pepper, diced
  • 1 md
    avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 sm
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper

How To Make creole salad

  • 1
    Rinse and dry fresh veggies. Then chop or dice.
  • 2
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
  • 3
    Chill in refrigerator allowing the flavors to marry with each other.
  • 4
    Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
