Ingredients
- 8 - small zuchinni, sliced thin
- 4 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, diced
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
How To Make creole salad

Step 1Rinse and dry fresh veggies. Then chop or dice.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.

Step 3Chill in refrigerator allowing the flavors to marry with each other.

Step 4Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
