Ingredients

  • 8
    small zuchinni, sliced thin
  • 4 medium
    fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large
    green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium
    avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 1 small
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper

How to Make Creole Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse and dry fresh veggies. Then chop or dice.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well.
  3. Chill in refrigerator allowing the flavors to marry with each other.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.
