- 2 1/2 cups tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups whole kernel corn
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make creole corn

Step 1Cook onion in butter until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, sugar, seasonings and corn. Simmer 10 minutes. Add green pepper and simmer 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
