4large cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1tub of sour cream
1/4 clemon juice
1 Tbspspoon garlic powder
1/2 cchopped scallions/green onion
·freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cfresh, chopped parsley
How to Make Creamy Cucumbers
- Put cucumbers in a large, glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle salt on the cucumbers. Mix. Chill the cucumbers in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, scallions, sugar, pepper,garlic powder and salt. Refrigerate.
- When both cucumbers and sour cream mixture are well-chilled, toss cucumbers with the sour cream mixture. Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
