I love makeing corn casserole in the fall, I make it every year a Christmas with family/friends!!

1/2 c. - butter, melted not margarine
2 - eggs, beaten (have at room temp)
8.5 oz. - pkg. dry corn bread mix
15 oz. - can whole kernel corn, drained
14.75 oz. - can creamed corn
1 c. - sour cream

How To Make creamy corn casserole

Step 1

preheat oven 350 deg. ad lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish.

Step 2

In a med. bowl, combine butter, eggs, corn bread mix, whole corn, cream corn and sour cream. Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
Step 3

Bake for 45 mins., in preheted oven or until the top is golden brown.
