This is such a yummy side dish. It has just a little kick to it. If you dont like a little spice, omit the cayenne pepper and red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

  • - 1 fresh cauliflower head (washed and seprated into small bunches)
  • - 1 cup sour cream
  • - 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  • - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • - 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • - 1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make creamy cauliflower

  • Step 1
    In a medium saucepan, fill half way with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to Medium. Add cauliflower and cover with a lid. cook 15-20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Drain. Mash cauliflower with a fork, and add sour cream and spices. You can add more or less spices according to your tastes. If its not creamy enough, add more sour cream or a dash of milk. It should look similar to mashed potatoes.
