Here's my version of Mashed Cauliflower! It's delish! Hubby loves it!

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make creamy cauliflower and garlic (mash)

Step 1Cut the head of cauliflower into small pieces, peel the cloves of garlic. In a pot, cover the above with water, and cook until very tender. Drain well, I used my colander.

Step 2After draining, place the cauliflower and garlic in the food processor, and run until smooth. It will look like mashed potatoes! Add melted butter, salt and pepper, and mix again.

Step 3Place in casserole dish, dot with butter, and keep warm until serving.
