creamy beef & mushroom pasta

It's amazing what you can come up with when your forced to be creative before grocery shopping trips! I came up with this just that way and my family devoured it!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet red pepper, diced
  • 4-6 medium mushrooms diced
  • 1 stick celery diced
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, fresh diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced roasted garlic (reg fresh diced garlic will work)
  • 1/3 cup beef broth (strong)
  • 1-2 can cream mushroom soup

How To Make creamy beef & mushroom pasta

  • Step 1
    Dice all veggies, fry in a little butter until almost done, finish frying in 1/2 of the beef bullion. (if your using fresh garlic add at begining of frying, if your using roasted garlic add 5 minutes before done frying veggies) Boil pasta according to package instructions.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining beef broth with 1 can mushroom soup and mix all ingredients together. Add more mushroom soup if you want it creamier. warm in oven on low covered until ready to serve
