Creamy Beef & Mushroom pasta
I came up with this just that way and my family devoured it!
1 lbpasta of choice
2 Tbspsweet red pepper, diced
4-6 mediummushrooms diced
1 stickcelery diced
1/2 conion diced
1/2 cbroccoli, fresh diced
2 Tbspdiced roasted garlic (reg fresh diced garlic will work)
1/3 cbeef broth (strong)
1-2 can(s)cream mushroom soup
How to Make Creamy Beef & Mushroom pasta
- Dice all veggies, fry in a little butter until almost done, finish frying in 1/2 of the beef bullion.
(if your using fresh garlic add at begining of frying, if your using roasted garlic add 5 minutes before done frying veggies)
Boil pasta according to package instructions.
- Mix remaining beef broth with 1 can mushroom soup and mix all ingredients together.
Add more mushroom soup if you want it creamier.
warm in oven on low covered until ready to serve
